Meet Stella – RMT, Manual Osteopathic Therapist, International Registered Nurse

Stella is a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in both clinical and therapeutic care. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, and an Internationally Registered Nurse with a background in obstetrics nursing for over 10 years.

With more than five years of hands-on experience as an RMT, Stella provides massage therapy that is safe, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practice. Her treatments focus on relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting long-term wellness in a calm and supportive environment. Stella’s background in maternal health has shaped her passion for prenatal and postnatal massage, baby massage, and women’s wellness.

Drawing from her dual training in massage and manual osteopathic therapy, Stella tailors each session to meet her clients’ individual needs. She combines techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, acupressure, and pediatric massage to address a wide range of concerns—whether muscular tension, joint discomfort, or postnatal recovery.

Stella’s approach is warm, intuitive, and assessment-driven. She takes time to listen, evaluate, and build treatment plans that reflect the client’s physical condition and wellness goals. Her clients often comment on her gentle manner, clinical insight, and ability to create a safe space for healing.
